DCI est l'opérateur de référence du ministère des Armées pour le transfert du savoir-faire militaire français à l'international. Depuis plus de 50 ans, il agit sur tout le spectre de la défense et de la sécurité en proposant des prestations de conseil, de formation et d'assistance.
Depuis 2023, DCI est aussi un opérateur de confiance de l'UE et de l'OTAN pour mettre en œuvre leur politique de partenariat dans le domaine de la sécurité et de la défense.
Grâce à son approche capacitaire, DCI offre aux pays amis de la France et aux partenaires de l'UE et de l'OTAN des solutions sur mesure pour qu'ils disposent d'un personnel formé et entraîné ainsi que de matériels maintenus en condition opérationnelle. DCI dispose d'un siège social parisien, de plusieurs centres internationaux de formation répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire national ainsi que d'implantations à l'étranger.
Avec plus de 800 salariés, issus des armées françaises et du monde civil, DCI associe deux cultures constituant ainsi une entreprise singulière.

Description de la mission
The Marine Engineering instructor undertakes within the MBGA Naval Academy a range of critical missions, including:
- Teaching and Instruction: Delivering engaging and informative lectures, practical training and hands-on demonstrations to educate students on naval mechanical and electrical systems, emphasizing safety, maintenance, and operation.
- Curriculum Development: Developing and updating instructional materials and curricula in alignment with the latest advancements in naval mechanical and electrical systems.
- Practical Training: Providing, in the Academy's premises and on board its
training ships, hands-on experience with naval equipment, machinery, and systems to
prepare students for real-world challenges.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Designing and conducting assessments and evaluations to measure students' comprehension and progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
- Mentorship: Offering guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop professional skills and ethics essential for naval service.
- Research and Development: Staying current with emerging naval technologies
and educational best practices, integrating these advancements into the curriculum, and conducting research to contribute to the field.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with fellow instructors, naval personnel, and
administrative staff to ensure the success of training programs and the overall educational mission of the Academy.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of instructional activities, assessments, and student progress for administrative and reporting purposes.
- Advisory Role: Serving as a subject matter expert and advisor to naval academy leadership on matters related to naval mechanical and electrical training and education.
Profil
- Subject Matter Expertise: Profound knowledge of naval mechanical and electrical systems, including propulsion, power generation, navigation, and weapon systems.
- Practical Experience: Hands-on experience in naval mechanical and electrical systems, gained through practical work in the field or on naval vessels.
- Teaching and Instruction: Skill in designing and delivering effective instructional materials and methods to convey complex technical concepts to students.
- Curriculum Development: Experience in creating and updating course curricula to align with advancements in naval technology and educational best practices.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise instruction, as well as to provide feedback to students.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other instructors, naval personnel,and administrative staff to ensure the success of training programs.
- Adaptability: Readiness to adapt to evolving naval technologies and teaching methodologies to provide up-to-date instruction.
