Description de la mission
In the context of the new joint Hawk squadron resulting from the close partnership between the Royal Air Force and the Qatari Emiri Air Force (QEAF), DCI is looking for Hawk Qualified Flight Instructors.
The Squadron located in North Yorkshire will deliver advanced and high-speed jet training to British and Qatari pilots in the new Hawks.
As a Qualified Flight Instructor, your mission consists of :
- Carrying out ground and flight training sessions to the trainees. The sessions may include tactical exercices and simulator sessions.
- Contributing to the elaboration of the pedagogical content as well as the training program.
- Preparing the courses and make sure they are coherent with the targeted training objectives
- Following up the technical progress of the trainees he/she will be responsible for and suggesting program upgrading that would be necessary to the success of the mission.
- Preparing Activity Reports according the schedule set in the Project Memorandum.
Profil
Qualified as Hawk instructor (162 – 165), you are familiar with the RAF environment and are medically fit for flying.
With a strong analytical and synthesis spirit, you are rigorous and pragmatic. You are recognized for your priority management skills. Your team spirit and your sense of organization are assets for this position.
