DCI est l'opérateur de référence du ministère des Armées pour le transfert du savoir-faire militaire français à l'international. Depuis plus de 50 ans, il agit sur tout le spectre de la défense et de la sécurité en proposant des prestations de conseil, de formation et d'assistance.
Depuis 2023, DCI est aussi un opérateur de confiance de l'UE et de l'OTAN pour mettre en œuvre leur politique de partenariat dans le domaine de la sécurité et de la défense.

DCI dispose d'un siège social parisien, de plusieurs centres internationaux de formation répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire national ainsi que d'implantations à l'étranger.

Your main mission
The Military EW Advisor Officer serves as a strategic expert in electronic warfare doctrine, training development, and operational advisory within a specialized EW training Center
The incumbent is assigned to the Qatar Air Force (QEAF) Rafale Training Center (CFR), to provide assistance and know-how.
More precisely, his missions are as follows:

The incumbent prepares, manages and facilitates the training, in English, of QEAF electronic warfare trainees.
The advisor will design and supervise advanced EW training programs for QEAF.
Under supervision of QEAF officials in accordance with defense secrecy requirements:
- Oversee the design, validation, and continuous improvement of EW training courses
- Maintain active liaison with frontline EW units
- Coordinate with intelligence services to integrate threat assessments into training
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between operational theaters and training environment
- Support pre-deployment training for units requiring specialized EW preparation
These courses will be dedicated to take into account:
- Presentation of QEAF EW Doctrine
- Establishing training courses in EW domain
- Presentation of the EW and its attached entities organization in the Air Forces

Prepare futur Electronics warfare structures manager and staff officers (JEWC, SEWOC, EWPTC etc…)
Presentation of the intelligence challenges in the air domain
The expert will be dedicated to the Airforce component in order to increase QEAF capability in the aircraft selfprotection Domain.
- Air Mission Planning
- Signal Emitter collection, classifying an analyzing (Radar, weapons systems)
- Database management and building avisor
In charge of:
- Prepare the courses of his respective specialty (EW and self-protection)
- Write educational and technical materials with the Office Pack, and based on Computer Base Training (CBT),
- Be a force of proposal for the adaptation of programs according to the customer's requests and operationnal units
- Finalize the development and coordination of educational programs (establish curricula) in liaison
- with the relevant military officials, the head of the CFR (Qatar Instructor Manager – RIQ) and the
- team of instructors.
- Accompany and evaluate trainees.
Degree(s): Higher certificate of the specialty or equivalent
EW training course and/or experience in an Electronic Warfare Center
Pedagogical internship (initial / retraining)
School(s) / University(s): Air Force or French Navy
Discipline(s): electronic Warfare and Air intelligence
English: Instructor Level
Spoken English must be adapted for non-native speakers so as to be understood by all Qatari trainees
Knowledge of Arabic would be appreciated
